These are in country areas and occupy from 25,000 houses upwards. Depending on the size of the area a reginal territory will have the capacity from 1 to 3 vans.

Under our old model a territory had 70,000 to 100,000 population. This model has a population from 200,000 to 300,000 people and has the potential when you apply yourself to the system and gro w it to eventually have up to 10 vans plus over a number of years.

Eventualy Sydney and Melbourne are divided into 12 Super Territories Adelaide 2, Perth 3 – each Super Territory is the equivalent approximately 3 standard franchise territories under the previous model.

The target of each Super Franchise is to strive to reach ten vans and keep growig. Each Super Territory has the potential to build past this number with the right mental attitude, application of the Teway and Stain Busters Systems and treating your clients and contractors l
