A super territory

This is the equivalentof approximately 4 to7 regional territories and is limited to major cities. A Regional Franchise occupies between 350 000 to 650 000 population. It is designed to have upwards of ten vans.

There are a limited number of super territories available.

A regional territory

These are in country areas and occupy from 25,000 houses upwards. Depending on the size of the area a reginal territory will have the capacity from 1 to 3 vans.

A REGIONAL FRANCHISE
AND A SUPER FRANCHISE

A REGIONAL FRANCHISE: Is a territory confined to a regional city or collection of towns. This is where you have the possibility to operate up to 6 vans depending on the size and the potential of the region

A SUPER FRANCHISE: Under our old model a territory had 70 000 to 100 000 populations. This model has a population from 350 000 to 650 000 people and has the potential when you apply yourself to the system and grow it to have up to 10 vans plus over a number of years.

Sydney and Melbourne are divided into 6 Super Territories Adelaide 2, Perth 3 – each Super Territory is the equivalent of approximately 3 to 6 standard franchise territories under the previous model.

The Target of each Super Franchise is to strive to reach ten vans and keep growing. Each Super Territory has the potential to build past this number with the right mental attitude, application of the Teway and Stain Busters Systems and treating your clients and contractors like royalty.
